Green Chili Corn Casserole
Fire Roasted Chili Corn Casserole made with sweet corn, fire roasted chiles, and a creamy, savory base. Simple, flavorful, and perfect as a weeknight or holiday side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can of corn drained
- 1 15 oz can of creamed corn not drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup stick of melted butter
- 1 8 oz box of Jiffy Cornbread mix
- 1 4 oz can of fire roasted green chilies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and gather ingredients. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to baking dish. Cook for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and center is set.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
