Homemade Black Beans

Homemade black beans are a staple in our home. They’re simple, healthy, and way better than canned. You can let them simmer low and slow on the stove, or take the shortcut and use a slow cooker. With garlic, onion, and spices, the beans become a flavorful base for bowls, tacos, or a cozy side dish. Make a batch on the weekend and you’ll be set up for easy meals all week.
