Animal Cookie Rice Krispy Treats
These Animal Cookie Rice Krispy Treats are soft, gooey, and packed with nostalgic pink and white sprinkled animal cookies. Topped with white chocolate chips, they are easy, fun, and perfect for parties or snacking.

- 9 x 13 in glass pan
- 1 large pot
- silicone spatula
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter
- 4 cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- pinch salt
- 4 cup crispy rice cereal
- 2 cup pink and white animal cookies, roughly chopped
- ⅓ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Gather ingredients. Spray the 9 x 13-inch glass pan with baking spray. Set aside.
- Put the large pot on the stove over medium heat. Melt the butter in the pot. Once melted, turn the heat to low and add the marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add the vanilla and salt.
- Take the pot off the heat. Add the crispy cereal and animal cookies and stir to thoroughly combine. Spread into the greased pan and use the spatula to press down evenly.
- Top with white chocolate chips and allow to cool. Slice into 12 squares and enjoy!
