Ingredients

old fashioned oats

pecans

shredded coconut

sliced almonds or pepitas

sunflower seeds

real maple syrup

kosher salt

cinnamon

vanilla

raisins

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉, gather ingredients, mixing bowl, and line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients except for the raisins in a large mixing bowl.
Pour and press the mixture onto a large baking sheet. Spread out evenly and press down with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 22-25 minutes. Halfway through, toss granola and re-press down into the pan. Rotate the pan to ensure even baking.
Let cool for 45 minutes or until room temperature. Add raisins and toss to combine.
Notes
Store granola in a cool dry place for 2 to 3 weeks.
