Pumpkin French Toast
Pumpkin French Toast is a cozy, autumn-inspired twist on classic French toast. Slices of bread are dipped in a rich, creamy mixture of pumpkin purée, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and a hint of sugar, then griddled to golden perfection. The result is a warm, slightly spiced breakfast treat with a soft, custardy center and crispy edges. Perfectly paired with maple syrup, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar for a delightful fall morning!

Instructions
Gather ingredients. Preheat the griddle pan on Medium.
Mix all ingredients with a whisk until combined and the sugar is mostly dissolved.
Turn the heat to medium-low and butter the hot surface.
Dip the slices of bread one at a time into the mixture. I like to soak for a few seconds and then let as much drip off before placing on the hot pan.
Cook about 2-3 minutes per side flipping the slices when browned and before they burn.
Serve with butter, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.
Notes
If there is any left, you may store them in the refrigerator and warm them up in the toaster or microwave the next day. Enjoy!
