Ingredients
Fruit Filling
- 2 pints fresh blueberries or strawberries about 5 cups
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Crumble Topping
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- vanilla ice cream optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Spray pie dish with baking spray. Gather all ingredients.
- Make filling by missing together the berries, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, the zest from that lemon, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour. Pour into pie dish.
- Make the crumble topping by melting the stick of butter and mixing in the 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of four, 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 tsp salt. A fork works well to mix.
- Using your hands, cover the fruit filling with the crumble topping. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling. Remove from oven a let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
