Roasted Garlic

Equipment
- aluminum foil
- small baking pan
Ingredients
- 2 heads garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Gather ingredients.

- Cut the heads off of the garlic.

- Place the bottom of the garlic bulbs in a small sheet of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

- Wrap the foil tightly to make a ball. Place on a small baking pan. Bake for 1 hour or until the garlic is light brown and soft.

- To use, squeeze out garlic and chop or spread.
