Balsamic Vinaigrette

This easy homemade balsamic vinaigrette is one of those back-pocket recipes every home cook needs. Made with pantry staples and ready in under 5 minutes, it’s tangy, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. I love using it on simple green salads or grilled veggies chicken. Skip the store-bought bottle because this version tastes better, has no weird ingredients, and you can tweak it to fit your taste. I keep a jar in the fridge at all times.
