  • 3 glass containers
  • 3 dressing containers

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pre-cooked steak slices
  • 3 handfulls arugula
  • 12 oz beets, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 3 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
  • roasted sunflower seeds or almonds optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the beets, set aside. Assemble the dishes by adding the handful of arugula, 4 oz of sliced beef, 4 oz of sliced beets, 1 tbsp goat cheese and the dressing cup with 1 tbsp balsamic glaze.
