November 2025 Meal Plan

November feels like a mix of still-hot-as-summer heat and early sunsets, and with our schedules busier than ever, I’m keeping dinner simple. This month’s meal plan is full of easy, homey recipes that come together fast but still feel special at the end of a long day. Whether it’s a cozy pasta, a quick skillet meal, or something fresh you can throw together after work, these are dishes that make dinnertime feel calm and delicious, even when life isn’t.
Breakfasts on repeat: Protein yogurt with fruit and cereal or breakfast tacos with egg, cheese and chicken sausage.
Lunches this week: Tuna salad with protein chips, frozen Italian chicken meatballs and soup.
11/1 – Lemon Shrimp Orzo Pasta with Asparagus
11/2 – Grilled Carne Asada Tacos with tortillas, rice, beans, avocado, salsa and cheese
11/3 – Coconut Curry Chicken Meatballs with Vegetables
11/4 – Breakfast tacos
11/5 – Tortellini pasta with homemade tomato cream sauce
11/6 – Ground beef burritos with cheese, lettuce, guacamole, pinto beans and roasted potatoes on the side.
11/7 – Baked chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, and fruit
11/9 – Sunday Pot Roast with potatoes and carrots and a special treat: S’Mores Cookies

11/19 – Beef gyros with a Greek Orzo salad
11/22 – Baked Asian Chicken Thighs with roasted vegetables, rice and potstickers
11/23 – Slow Cooker Chimichurri Beef with potato wedges
11/27 – Pumpkin French Toast, Spiced Roasted Carrots, Turkey Gravy
