December 2025 Meal Plan

With only 3 weeks of work left in the year and the Christmas Holiday to cook for, we are keeping the weeknight meals super simple this month. Follow along as I add to the December Meal Plan.
Bulk in season fruit I picked up at Costco: Kiwi, Apples, Oranges. Breakfasts on repeat: Protein Yogurt Bowls with a slice of toast
Lunches this week: Leftover freezer meals from prior meal preps. Tuna salad with Quest chips.
- 12/1 – Turkey pesto meatballs, Italian roasted potatoes, steamed broccoli
- 12/2 – Breakfast tacos
- 12/3 – Teriyaki shrimp, stir fry veggies, steamed rice
- 12/5 – Date night: Mexican Food
- 12/6 – Christmas Tree Tradition: Order Chinese food
- 12/7 – Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup
Pantry Prep
Save the chicken for dinner later in the week. Use the bones and skin to make the stock.

Dinner Plan
- 12/8 – Kevin’s ginger beef, stir fry veggies, roasted sweet potatoes
- 12/9 – Breakfast tacos
- 12/10 – Greek Grilled Chicken bowls
- 12/11 – Leftovers
Christmas Break
Here are a few meals we have been enjoying as we celebrate Christmas and say goodbye to 2025…
- Baked Ziti, Caesar Salad, Italian Wedding Soup and Funfetti Cake for 17 people!
- Shrimp stir fry with frozen vegetables and brown rice cooked in homemade chicken stock
- Chris made us two meals this week: Hawaiian breakfast for dinner and his World Famous Albondigas Soup.
- Christmas Day: Breakfast skillet bake, Cinnamon Rolls, Ginger Spice Cookies
- Balancing out the indulgent foods I’m making Greek Chicken Bowls and Fish Tacos to welcome in the New Year.
